General Manager

 General Manager needs strong leadership, deep automotive/truck knowledge, business acumen (finance, operations). proven sales management, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach, requiring a high school diploma (degree preferred), years of auto industry experience (often 5+ years in leadership), and skills in coaching, data analysis, and regulatory compliance to drive profitability and team success. 

Responsibilities

•  Responsibility to manage and oversee all departments at R&R Inc. of Pa location off of 422.  
• Leadership: Proven track record in supervising, training, and motivating diverse teams (sales, service, finance). The ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team across various departments is crucial. Strategic planning, decision-making, coaching, and fostering a positive environment. 
• Sales & Operations: Expertise in managing dealership operations, inventory, financial statements, and driving sales growth.
• Maintain a good customer relationship by treating customers with kindness and respect.
• Open/create repair orders, process, and billing. 
•  Experience of the area and knowledge of the area's customer base are needed.
• Process transactions efficiently using the Karmak Fusion system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
•  Prepare reviews for weekly service meetings. 
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on products and services.
• Background in commercial truck sales a huge plus. 

Qualifications

• 4 -10 years of management experience. 
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. 
• Customer Focus: Leading customer experience initiatives and resolving complex issues.
•  Help maintain the professional appearance of the dealership. 
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of trucks, local/federal regulations, financing, and market trends.
• Experience with Karmak Fusion Business system is a huge plus. 
• Positive Attitude. 
•  Assist the customer and to reflect in a polite, respectable manor. 
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
