We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Representative to join our team!  In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth while contributing to our mission of excellence in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their automotive needs.
• Answer customer phone calls, wait on walk-in customers.
• Maintain a good customer relationship by treating customers with kindness and respect.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
• Process transactions efficiently using the Karmak Fusion system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
