Day shift Service Manager needed for a fast-paced, heavy-duty truck dealership. An individual must be self-motivated, organized, work well with customers, and work well under pressure situations.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility to manage and oversee the service department at R&R Inc. of Pa location off of 422.
- Instruct and assign all technicians for shop repairs
- Answer customer phone calls, wait on walk-in customers.
- Maintain a good customer relationship by treating customers with kindness and respect.
- Open/create repair orders, process, and billing.
- Experience of the area and knowledge of customer base needed.
- Conduct interviews for technicians and service department employees.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Karmak Fusion system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Prepare reviews for weekly service meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on products and services.
Qualifications
- 4 -10 years service management experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Help maintain the professional appearance of the service department.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices.
- Experience with Karmak Fusion Business system is a huge plus.
- Positive Attitude.
- Assist Customer and to reflect in a polite, respectable manor.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
