Shop Foreman

 We are seeking a dedicated Shop Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating service needs and managing repair orders. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing exceptional truck services. 

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
• Answer customer phone calls, wait on walk-in customers.
• Maintain a good customer relationship by treating customers with kindness and respect.
• Help technicians with Mack and Volvo help desk phone calls for in process truck repairs.
• Open/create repair orders, process, and billing. 
• Help mechanics with clocking on correct jobs/repairs, and assist techs 
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
• Process transactions efficiently using the Karmak Fusion system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on products and services.

Qualifications

•  Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or in a similar role within an automotive dealership.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
