Warranty Administrator/advisor

  R&R Truck Centers is looking for a Warranty Department Associate for their Youngstown, OH location. In this exciting role, you will enjoy working for a well-established company in the trucking industry with an ever-changing environment. Utilize your customer service, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced atmosphere. 

Responsibilities

•  Submitting warranty claims for all four of our truck brands… Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, and Hino. 
• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
•  Required to answer some phone calls and help with keeping good communication throughout our service department. Help customers visiting our dealership for service. 
• Maintain a good customer relationship by treating customers with kindness and respect.
•  Ship failed items back to the manufacturers as requested (must be able to lift 70 lbs.) 
• Process transactions efficiently using the Karmak Fusion system.
•  Continue your education as need by the manufacturers such as attended classes for warranty training. 
• Stay updated on products and services.

Qualifications

•  Warranty claims experience preferred in the trucking or automotive industry. 
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
